DEPOSITS: ALL reservations 5 nights or more in length will require a $10/night Deposit up front. This deposit will go 100% against your bill for that reservation or will be completely refunded as long as the required notice of cancellation is provided according to the Cancellation Policy as it applies to your length of stay. Christmas Season Reservations (Dec 15 to Jan 10) fall under special conditions – All cancellations must be made on or before Nov 30th to avoid loosing your deposit regardless of the length of the stay.
